The Platte Center offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill Payment
If paying Online just click the red "Pay Your Bill Now" button and follow the prompts.
PAY YOUR WATER/GARBAGE/SEWER BILL HERE!
All Water/Garbage/Sewere bills are due on the 17th of each month.
When paying your water bill online, please use the name that your account is under. Use the scroll down and select utilities.
We are no longer accepting payments to the bank or direct deposit through the bank. All payments must be done online or dropped off at the drop off location at the auditorium. Checks by mail are also accepted, however must be to the village by the 17th.
Water shut off is the last Tuesday of each month, unless the last day of the month is Tuesday. In that case, water shut off will be the last Thursday of the month.

Please email Proof of Rabies and/or Proof of Insurance to email@example.com. You will receive receipt and dog tag/renewal sticker in the mail.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at the City Auditorium next to the gas station in the drop off box. We accept cash, check, or money orders.
You may drop off Proof of Rabies and/or Proof of Insurance in the drop box along with your payment. You will receive receipt and dog tag/renewal sticker in the mail.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
