Animal Services
The Platte Center Animal Services' department provides the following assistance to all residents and is dedicated to helping protect the health, safety and welfare of both people and animals in our community.
- Responding to stray animal complaints
- Investigating dangerous animals
- Barking dog complaints
- Ordinance enforcement
If you are filing a dog complaint, the PLATTE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE MUST be contacted first. The number is (402) 564-3229. After you do so, please continue to file a complaint with us here! To make a formal complaint, please click the "Report a Problem" Link on the website. Please include all possible information. In order to prosecute animals at large photo proof is required. Please email the photo to pcvillage1@eaglecom.net.
